Today, 2 January 2nd 2023 our instructor and 2 divers for ‘Discover Ocean Reef Full Face Mask (IDM)’
This involved a short session in the classroom where participants learnt the mask features and components and how to prepare the mask to enable comfortable equalisation. Then it was off to the pool for some fun!
Next stop will be the Full Face Mask Speciality course where participants learn to; Properly prepare and check the mask for the dive; Make adjustments underwater and clear water out of the mask & Respond to simulated out-of-gas emergency situations.
The full course means participants get to go to pool and open water & enjoy diving without a reg in their mouth & no brain freeze on the forehead 🤣
